		<description>That maintenance person might deserve a nomination for sainthood, but I doubt that he deserves to be associated with people who have such lower standards than he does.

As a guy who grew up in a blue collar family I find it very important to notice when anyone who gets their hands dirty for a living makes other people's lives better by doing their job well.

You've gone one step better phi. You may not have gotten his name, but you did tell the world about his actions.  A note to the manager might be in order. I have no doubt they know who he is.</description>
