I googled "chippy" and discovered that they are either (1) a place where one buys fish and chips, or (2) a female prostitute, "especially a young and inexpensive one." So I was left to ponder -- do you enjoy fish and chips, or do you enjoy young cheap prostitutes? I'm pretty sure it's the former, but I don't judge. Either way, sorry your chippies are gone.
