Horrible bridge collapse in Minneapolis
I assure you that packing to move for a year sucks rocks, but this evening’s horrible bridge collapse in Minneapolis puts it all in perspective. Here’s hoping that all the people we know in the Cities (and their families and loved ones) are OK. I’m quite sure that there will be UMM students and alum that were affected fairly directly by this.

  1. Things are fine here at House of Q. Lots of calls and checking in last night. I can tell you that the morning commute westbound on 94 was greatly effected.

  2. Whew – that’s nice to hear. Realistically, of course, odds are that we won’t know someone directly who was on the bridge. But two or three steps removed and the odds go way up.

Maybe everyone will start taking the bus :-).
