{"id":1006,"date":"2009-06-14T11:11:52","date_gmt":"2009-06-14T16:11:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/UnhinderedByTalent.com\/Phi\/?p=1006"},"modified":"2009-06-14T11:11:52","modified_gmt":"2009-06-14T16:11:52","slug":"everything-old-is-new-again-bicycle-tricks-edition","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/UnhinderedByTalent.com\/Phi\/archives\/2009\/06\/14\/everything-old-is-new-again-bicycle-tricks-edition\/","title":{"rendered":"Everything old is new again, bicycle tricks edition"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If you haven&#8217;t seen this amazing show reel from Danny MacAskill, it&#8217;s time to stop what you&#8217;re doing and gawk.<\/p>\n<p><object width=\"425\" height=\"344\"><param name=\"movie\" value=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/Z19zFlPah-o&#038;hl=en&#038;fs=1&#038;\"><\/param><param name=\"allowFullScreen\" value=\"true\"><\/param><param name=\"allowscriptaccess\" value=\"always\"><\/param><\/object><\/p>\n<p>In fairness, I think the opening trick on the cast iron fence is perhaps the best thing in the video, but it&#8217;s totally worth the price of admission &#8211; hard for me to imagine doing such a thing.<\/p>\n<p>Then, for a little context, check out this Edison footage of bike tricks from <em>120 years ago<\/em>.
