I&#8217;m only about 20% of the way through, but the writing continues to be quite excellent.  Lucifer&#8217;s discussion of his role (or lack thereof) in people&#8217;s lives and his utter disinterest in their souls or their punishments is worth the price of admission all on its own.<\/p>\n<p>The one downside is that it&#8217;s been a while (up to a year) since I read volumes 1-3.  The universe he creates is really dense and full of (wonderful) crossreferences, and I&#8217;m constantly struggling to put together those links to the bits that I read way back when.
