Mayor Wilcox has not given up, however:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\n\u201cIt\u2019s not a dead issue,?? she said. \u201cIt will come back. And sooner than later.??\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I&#8217;m glad that the city is going to bring it up again, as I think it deserves a second hearing.  I do hope, however, that they wait until after the school levy is decided in November.
